Pariplay is no exception as once in a while its portfolio gets complemented by new Egyptian releases. Not so long after the dev's previous foray into the niche with the Goddess of Fortunes slot, they come up with yet another title, Force of the Gods. While some questions may arise concerning the slot's originality due to the theme choice, gameplay-wise, it definitely sticks out from the niche, offering an exciting feature-rich gaming experience.

As far as it's an Egyptian-themed slot, don't expect anything innovative here in terms of the design. Force of the Gods doesn't differ too much from other slots in the niche and comes with quite a typical appearance. Here, the actions take place across a 5x3 grid with 50 paylines, set in the backdrop of a standard Egyptian landscape with sandy desert and colossal pyramids. It's not bad-looking though since the graphics are nice and lovely. The payback percentage is a whisker beneath the average value at 95.99% by default, though, you can get lower values depending on where you play, so be sure to check the stats before depositing. Moreover, it's not just the RTP that alters, but also the hit rate and even the winning potential. Thus, playing with the RTP of 95.99%, you'll get a 36.81% hit frequency and 1,424x max win, while opting for the 94.5% version will give 36.43% hit frequency and 2,030x potential.

The symbol collection includes 9 recognizable symbols, split into two categories. The lows are made up of standard A-10 royals, while premiums include in ascending order Bastet, Anubis, Hathor, and Horus.

Landing at least 3 instances of the same symbol on a single payline starting from the leftmost reel is required to score a win, while the top two premiums pay for two-of-a-kind and more. Five-of-a-kind low-paying symbol wins are worth from 0.5x to 0.7x the stake and highs from 2x to 10x.

There are two Wild symbols included in the Force of the Gods slot, each worth double the value of the top-paying regular symbol. The first is represented by the Egyptian deity of the sun, Ra, which always appears in stacks and substitutes for any other regular symbols. Moreover, when a Wild stack is partially visible on the reels, it may nudge up or down to cover the entire reel. Finally, the reels may randomly tilt on any spin to reveal additional Wilds.

The second is the Golden Falcon Wild, which also substitutes for any other regular symbols and even the standard Wild, plus plays into the features. What's more, Golden Falcon symbols may appear as a part of a Wild stack. Above each reel, there are Special Reel Prizes, namely Cash Prizes, Free Spins, and Jackpot, which change on each spin. During the base game, though, prizes on reels 2 and 4 are locked. When a Golden Falcon symbol appears anywhere on the grid, the corresponding prize displayed above that reel is awarded.

The Cash Prizes include values from 2x to 150x the stake, though, prizes can be boosted with the help of multipliers that can pop up before the reels stop to multiply the Golden Falcon prizes.

Well, while Force of Gods looks like a typical Egypt-themed slot on the surface, you can't tell the same once you take a peek under the hood. Pariplay did a great job of implementing all those exciting features and making them work perfectly in pairs. With such quite a broad variety of extras, you won't surely have any dull moment during the gameplay, not to speak that thanks to a decent hit frequency and, precisely, feature hit rate, they pop up relatively often.

However, it's not all rosy since the max potential is kinda awkward and is a far cry from what's found in modern blockbuster slots. Anyway, those who are OK with the relatively low potential will definitely love the Force of the Gods slot.
