He keeps his usual tough guy facade in this game though, like the professional he is, and Vinnie Jones Card Chase does not come with any stories or elaborate action commentary.

He keeps things short and sweet in other words, just like the card guessing game rounds themselves, and every 15th round is marked by a golden card in the overview trail. This is called the Multiplier Round, and it means your winnings will get boosted by up to x200 if you are correct in your card guessing effort. The game starts when Vinnie Jones hits the big red button, and this reveals 1 of 2 face down cards that take center stage on the screen after that. You will then place your bet on whether the remaining face down card is higher or lower than the card that’s been revealed up front. The game is played with a deck of 52 cards, and the deck is shuffled between each round.

The Ace counts as the lowest card rank, and the King is therefore the highest card.

Suits do not matter in this game, and you lose if the two revealed cards have the same rank. If an Ace or a King is dealt you get a new card, but that happens within the same game round.

How much you win per round depends on the first card that is revealed, and whether you bet on the second card to be lower or higher. Below is an overview:

You get a Skip-Card feature collected for every 5 rounds you play, minus the multiplier rounds (see below). The Skip-Card feature can be used at any given round, and it replaces the current card with a new one. All the skip-card features you accumulate will be saved, and you can use them at any time you wish.

A golden card marks every 15 rounds in the trail seen above the 2 cards, and this is the Multiplier Round.

This means that you will get a random multiplier of x2, x5, x10, x20, x50, x100, or x200 chosen up front, and it will boost whatever you win from that round.

Review Summary

Vinnie Jones brings his somewhat fading star power to yet another Real Dealer Studios installment, but he doesn’t really make too much of himself in this game. If you’re truly interested in what makes this guy tick, and some of the achievements he’s most proud of, we suggest you check out Vinnie Jones Stories Roulette instead. In this game he keeps the comments to a minimum, while smashing the red button to start each round.

Vinnie Jones Card Chase is a very simple game overall, but it’s not really as “wicked fast” as the aging football/Hollywood star proclaims in the game’s intro. The regular rounds come with measly payouts unless you take daring chances, but at least the multiplier round comes about on a regular basis. It can boost your winnings by up to x200, which is decent, and the game’s overall win cap is £ 218,400. Vinnie Jones Card Chase is not the best we’ve seen from this innovative developer, but it will probably hit the spot for some players.
