The original Wild Chapo is still lingering in the back of our head, as it was something about the build-up to the highly climactic (or anti-climactic) final spin that left us wanting more. If you feel the same we have good news for you, as Wild Chapo 2 comes with even more of that powerful dynamic. The bandit finds himself behind bars in this follow-up, but he’s got plenty of animal friends trying to provide him with the keys he needs to make his big escape.

Some of the keys are even smuggled in tequila bottles it seems, but in the end blowing up the whole prison seems to be his preferred way. You get Wild Re-Spins where semi-sticky wilds accumulate below the reels as their countdown reaches zero, and these expand on the final spin. What made the original Wild Chapo so exciting was the build-up to the climactic finish, and you get that in spades in Wild Chapo 2 as well. The Wild Re-spins feature triggers on a regular basis in the base game, and it can be quite intense when you manage to fill the sub-grid collector positions with plenty of wilds (and preferably the multiplier kind). This doesn’t happen all that often though, but it can be explosive when it does.

You get more of the same in the bonus round, which plays out like a longer respins round in this game.

Getting more than the minimum of 7 free spins can be really helpful when it comes to collecting wilds and creating multiplier wilds, and each extra spin is definitely appreciated in that regard. The final spin will either be a climax or an anti-climax, but with enough wilds collected it will at least keep you guessing.
