With Griffin's Gold Thunderkick’s volatile Beat the Beast series has finally come to a grinding halt. The first game, Kraken’s Lair, got everyone’s hopes up, but the follow-up games ended up being too similar to the first one to make a lasting impression. Luckily, they saved the best for last, and this allows the heavy-hitting pentology to end on a high note.

The eye-watering 22,222x max win is the highest potential by far in this series. It puts Griffin's Gold squarely in the same weight class as other Thunderkick big shots like Carnival Queen and Riders of the Storm. The base game grind might be a bit tedious for some players though, and like with all volatile beasts, the bonus round creates a merciless “David vs Goliath” hit or miss situation.
