Clearly, the design theme went to town with this upgraded version of their hit game. Visually, it’s close to perfection. This is a stark contrast to their previous follow-up game, Shaman Spirit, which disappeared down the memory hole more or less immediately after it was released. It’s nice to see that Eyecon has learned from that mistake, and they have not taken any real risk with this release.

The bonus round comes with 25 free spins now, instead of just 15, which is hard to complain about. The Instant Prize feature can land you wins up to 20x, but that’s really it when it comes to any real changes. We would perhaps have hoped for a bit more, but fans of the original game will have very little reason to not play this upgraded sequel game instead.

Shaman’s Dream 2 is first and foremost a visual upgrade of the highly popular original game. The Instant Prize feature has been added, and the math model is more or less the same. The most important change from the first game is the fact that you get 25 free spins here, instead of just 15.

Visually, the game is now very impressive. The animated background and symbol takes you right into the freedom of the native american lifestyle, and you’ll probably feel closer to nature after playing this for a while.

Eyecon has decided to keep the somewhat low max bet of £12.50 per spin, which is a bit disappointing. We had hoped for bigger changes from the first game, but the developer decided to play it safe.
