We’ve been on plenty of slot safaris in our time, but Diamond King Jackpots admittedly caught us a bit by surprise. There are so many mediocre titles being released on Microgaming’s platform that we hardly had our hopes up. However, this game offers plenty of fun features, combined with a pretty strong math model.

Visually, it’s not all that bad either, although it’s nothing too special in that department. The Power Range™ frame that upgrades wilds with multiplier values can deliver decent base game wins here, not least since they multiply with each other. You will see that the 2 middle symbols positions on the 3 middle reels are framed, and this is called a Power Range. The diamond symbol is the wild here, and it will be upgraded to a 2x multiplier wild whenever it lands in the Power Range frame. The wilds will step in for all regular symbols as usual, and this helps you create winning combos with the possibility of a multiplier boost.

What’s more, each diamond wild you land will also be collected in a Diamond Meter you can see on the left-hand side. When the meter is full you’ll trigger the Diamond Jackpot feature.
