There is something about this game that reminds us of the old King’s Quest saga from Sierra, and we also love the 8-bit soundtrack and sound effects. So far, so good, in other words, but the gameplay itself, and the features, is another question entirely.

The base game is barebones except for the randomly triggered Secrets Uncovered feature, and it’s a bit lame that you don’t know how big the random prize you can win actually is. The bonus round is decent enough, and especially if you get some wild multiplier action going, but it’s hardly anything special. The 6,714x potential is solid for a medium volatile game, but we’re unsure if the nostalgic appeal is enough for players to return to this game.
