Visually, the two fruity siblings are more or less identical, but the math model has been altered somewhat in this follow-up.

More specifically, the RTP has been lowered to 95 % flat, which is something to consider. You can get up to 5 lives per round however, which means that decent payouts can be racked up in total from the feature. The wild symbols step in for all regular pay symbols to help you form winning combinations.

It will land on all reels in the base game, and the wild does not hold any value of its own. In the bonus round, the wild will only land on reels 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6.

Landing at least 3 bonus scatters anywhere in sight triggers the Big Spins Bonus feature. Each triggering scatter turns into a ‘Pick Me’ symbol, and you’ll then pick one of them to reveal your number of Big Spins between 1 and 5. All wilds that land during the bonus round become sticky for the duration of the feature. You lose 1 Big Spin “life” whenever you land a single spin payout worth 20x your stake, or more.

The price you pay, of course, is that the win limit on each Big Spin is the minimum on offer in the predecessor.

Having a 100x win limit (the most in Big Bonus) can award a lengthy session with plenty of room for larger wins to add up. Since 5 lives times a 20x win limit equals 100x, you could say it’s the same, but different. It would be purely a matter of preference, were it not for the fact that this sequel comes with a lower 95 % RTP.

Still, it’s a fun addition to the series, and we can’t wait to see what they come up with next time.
