We found the original Cash 'N Riches Megaways to be a bit too generic and superficial for our liking, and we didn’t expect that to change in this WowPot version. Cash 'N Riches WowPot Megaways is the exact same game in all ways, except that the fixed jackpot feature has been replaced by the 4 progressive network jackpots. This, of course, has also reduced the RTP to 92.23 % (of which 5.3 % goes to feed the jackpots).

The WowPot has dropped only 2 times in over a year's time since its inception, and the largest win so far is a very solid €17,529,047. The 3 smaller jackpots drop far more frequently though, and you can look forward to a glossy gemstone dynamic reels experience with top reel wilds and Rolling Reels mechanic. The progressive multiplier bonus round comes with a 5,000x potential, but the only reason to play this version is the jackpot chase.

The premium symbols, consisting of gemstones of different colors and a top-tier diamond, pay between 2 and 50 x your stake for 6-oak wins. The money clip Wild appears on the top sliding reel only, and it substitutes for regular pay symbols to help complete wins. The wild symbol holds no value of its own, however.

The Rolling Reels feature kicks in whenever you land a winning combo, and the winning symbols explode as they are removed from the grid.

Review Summary

We weren’t really too impressed by the original Cash 'N Riches Megaways, but this follow-up does raise the excitement level a few notches due to the massively increased jackpots. The price you pay to chase the 4 progressive jackpots is a significantly lower 92.23 % RTP though (86.93 % outside of the jackpots). This makes the progressive jackpot chase significantly more expensive in the long run, so you might wanna choose your timing wisely.

Statistically, the WowPot doesn’t drop very often, as it has only been won 2 times since February 2020 at the time of writing (end of May 2022). This is definitely something to consider when choosing between this and other massive jackpot games, like the Mega Moolah range for example. The glossy and superficial visuals give off a generic vibe, so Cash 'N Riches WowPot Megaways lacks charm and personality, just like the original.
