TNT Tumble Dream Drop Slot Review, Demo Play, Payout, Free Spins & Bonuses

TNT Tumble Dream Drop is the volatile progressive jackpot version of the original slot from Relax Gaming, and it plays out on a 5x7 cluster pays grid with cascading wins. Wilds tend to land in stacks, and they drill downwards per win. TNT symbols explode blocker tiles, which eventually leads to the bonus round. You get 3 options, including a multiplier option, and the Mega Dream Jackpot seeds at €500,000. Check our full review below the demo game.

TNT Tumble Dream Drop Review

The Dream Drop conversion of Relax Gaming’s back catalog is progressing with an impressive pace, and the pace is quite impressive in TNT Tumble Dream Drop as well (not least with the turbo switched on). Some new snow-capped mountains have cropped up in the idyllic valley backdrop, but other than that not too much has changed from the original (at least not in terms of gameplay).

Of course, the RTP suffers because of the 5 progressive Dream Jackpots, and 12 % of the 94 % goes to feed said jackpots. The downward drilling wilds are as fun to watch in this version as in the original, and you get to drill deep into the mine shaft if you get some traction in the bonus round. The massive jackpots steal the main game’s thunder in a certain sense, but you can still win up to a respectable 10,000x your stake.

TNT Tumble Dream Drop Slot Features

You win by landing 3 to 7 matching symbols in a vertical or horizontal cluster anywhere on the grid, and 7 of a kind pays 4 to 15 x your stake. The drill Wilds pay 50x your stake for the same, and wilds tend to land in stacks. Winning symbols are removed via the cascading mechanic, giving you indefinite wins per sequence as the process repeats per win.

Wilds drill downwards for each win they take part in, until they hit the bottom and are destroyed. TNT blocks can appear anywhere in the dark blocker tiles area of the grid (3 bottom rows), and they explode when adjacent to a winning symbol.

The TNT block explosions destroy all dark stone blocks on the same row, which allows the regular tiles to drop down one step per explosion.

Exploding all present dark stone blocks is how you trigger the Bonus Round, and this awards 6 free spins. You get to choose from 3 different bonus round options, and they all take you deep down the mine shaft:

  • Multiplier (very high volatility) - comes with special multiplier tiles of x1, x2 or x3, and these values are added to the global win multiplier when said tiles are destroyed.
  • Extra Spins (medium volatility) - comes with special stone blocks that give you 1, 2, 3, 5 or 10 extra spins when destroyed.
  • Multiplier & Extra Spins (high volatility) - gives you a mix of both of the above.

In the bonus round, the dark stone blocker tiles don’t reset to 3 rows per spin, which means that the grid is expanded permanently as you chip away at the blockers. Each blocker row is guaranteed to contain special symbols, and destroying all 3 rows takes you further down the mine shaft. You win +3 extra spins per 3 blocker rows you remove, indefinitely.

The Dream Drop Jackpot pre-game can trigger at any given time, and this gives you a so-called Jackpot Spin. You’ll see a grid full of stone blocks being destroyed by TNT, and you need to rack up at least 5 DD symbols in the end to actually get to the Dream Drop jackpot feature.

The Dream Drop Game comes with 1 reel for each of the 5 jackpots, and the size of the reels range from 2 to 5 positions.

TNT Tumble Dream Drop Slot Gameplay 4

You will land nothing but blocker tiles or DD symbols, and blocks are removed as DD symbols accumulate. You win the first jackpot who’s reel is filled with DD symbols, and all 5 jackpots are progressive:

  • Rapid - seeds at €1.
  • Midi - seeds at €5.
  • Maxi - seeds at €100.
  • Major - seeds at €25,000.
  • Mega - seeds at €500,000 (can go as high as €10M).

The 200 Spins TNT Tumble Dream Drop Slot Experience

We thoroughly enjoyed the original TNT Tumble, so it was definitely fun to give it another go with the progressive jackpot version. We’ve created a brief and edited highlights video for your viewing pleasure as usual, and you can see for yourself how it all played out by hitting the play button below.

Review Summary

We always felt that the original TNT Tumble deserved a bit more attention than it’s gotten, and perhaps this Dream Drop follow-up can entice more players in the direction of the gem-filled mine shaft. The downward drilling stacked wilds are highly satisfying to watch in both installments, and you get plenty of them in all stages of the game.

Drilling and TNT explosions eventually leads to the bonus round, where you get to choose your destiny from the 3 options. The golden middle way option gives you the best of both worlds, while the multiplier only round is your best bet at occasional massive payouts up to 10,000x your stake. The progressive multipliers come in addition, of course, and the price you pay is an 82 % RTP (outside of the jackpot game).

Pros

  • Downward drilling wilds (often stacked)
  • Wilds pay 50x for 7 vertically/horizontally
  • FS w/ 3 options (multipliers, extra spins or both)
  • Win up to 10,000x from the regular game
  • Dream Drop Mega Jackpot seeds at €500,000

Cons

  • 94 % RTP (82 % outside of the jackpot feature)

TNT Tumble - is the original release from Relax Gaming, and keen eyes may notice that the idyllic backdrop has changed a little. The gameplay is the same as in this Dream Drop Jackpot version though, but you get a far better 96.11 % RTP. Long story short, go with this game if you care less about jackpots.

Temple Tumble 2 - was Relax Gaming’s Dream Drop debut release, and it comes with a cinematographic intro you don’t wanna miss.

It’s all about clearing blocker tiles on a massive grid, and clearing them all gives you 3 options of modifiers in the bonus round. The DD jackpot is the biggest attraction in terms of winnings, but up to 10,045x is possible in the regular game.

Snake Arena Dream Drop - is Relax Gaming’s progressive jackpot version of their original installment, and you can get up to 3 wild reels in the base game. The snake keeps growing as it eats the knight in the indefinite bonus round, and you get a 2,758x potential outside of the DD jackpot game.
